Such wonderful stay during my interstate visit, no reason to complain. Newly renovated room with extremely comfy bed and PLEASANT courtyard views. Location just next door to 2 supermarkets, food court, restaurants and movie theatres as well as the usual retail stores as well as Eastland shopping center.

The staff here are friendly, the room is roomy, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, plus the bathroom has a nice bath.

The hotel has great location really close to shops, cafes and train station, Ringwood Lake.

This venue is fairly clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and my well-appointed room was well-maintained with every facility I needed during my 15-night stay.

We enjoyed our executive apartment, which had every facility we needed. It was equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge, making our stay comfortable. the location was fantastic for exploring the shopping area and was just a short distance from the retail stores, Ringwood Lake, and convenient transport options.

Liked the security and cleanliness of the place, as well as the helpful staff. the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our meals, which helped us save some money. the nearby shopping center was perfect for some last-minute shopping.

Disliked that the place is not entirely soundproof which made it a bit noisy at times, especially when the neighbors were loud. the smoking area was too close to the building, and the smoke was getting into our room.

We recently stayed for a few weeks and were impressed with the central location of this hotel. It is right across from a shopping centre which is very convenient for meals and shopping. We loved the apartment, it was so comfortable and we felt right at home. the bedroom was great with a nice TV and air conditioning and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were also very happy with the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome from check-in to check-out.

There is no elevator, meaning that it can be hard to carry luggage up to the rooms.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with the hotel situated directly across from a popular shopping center. Great location across from a mall with several dining options. The room was equipped with a kitchen which saved money on meals. There was also a washer/dryer which was handy.

The noise was unbearable. There were constant construction noises throughout the night as well as loud guests in the hallway. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Also, the room had a weird smell that lingered throughout the stay.
